We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because of product sensitivity, hygiene, and product integrity, some items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted only in cases of wrong item delivered, product received in a damaged condition, manufacturing defect reported within the permitted time, or missing item in the order.
For phone cases, returns may be accepted only if the case arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
- Tampered glasses.
- Screen guards.
- Perfumes.
These items are excluded from return or refund due to hygiene, safety, fragility, and product integrity concerns.
Phone Cases
Phone cases are generally returnable only if they are unused and in original packaging, the wrong model or wrong item was delivered, or the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
Phone cases will not be accepted for return if the correct model was ordered but the customer changes their mind, the case was used, installed, scratched, cut, or damaged by the customer, or the return request is made after the allowed time period.
Conditions for Approved Returns
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Have original packaging and tags, if applicable.
- Include all accessories and inserts.
- Be returned only after approval from our support team.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item or confirmation of the issue. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.
Return Rejection
A return or refund may be denied if the product is damaged due to misuse, the item shows signs of tampering after delivery, the return request is raised after the permitted period, or the item belongs to a non-returnable category listed above.
Important Note
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and do not discard any packaging until the issue is resolved.
